bullet Wasted in Wisconsin A team of (Milwaukee) Journal Sentinel reporters spent a year examining the drinking culture in Wisconsin. The team evaluated studies, created and analyzed databases, surveyed Wisconsin residents, tested dozens of drinkers with a breath-testing device, reviewed more than 200 court files and conducted more than 200 interviews for this series.
